Recently, we have developed a halogen-free and low smoke flame-retardant TPEs material.
Halogen-free flame-retardant grade material means it is free of chlorine and bromine.
When causing fire, it won't cause much smoke that makes people disorientated in fire and also the flue gases will be less toxic.
So, it'll minimize the potential risk when people are involved in a fire scene.
Our flame-retardant TPEs has been proved by the lab and meets the requirement of UL 94 V0.
The UL94 V-0 materials are self-extinguishing and will not form into burning droplets when on fire.
