Phon Tech provides TPEs material for car mat. Materials are available for both injection molding and extrusion. Our TPEs have no odor and are anti-fogging.
GEAR LEVER COVER
We supply PHOENIX™ TPEs for gear lever cover to prevent dust from entering the gearbox.
GRILLE SEAL
Phon Tech supplies TPEs that have excellent bonding with PP. They are used for preventing dust and water from entering. Our PHOENIX™ TPEs could assist our customer to get certification from CAPA.
AIRBAG COVER
We provide TPEs that exhibit excellent UV and heat resistance to make sure the material still perform after many years. Our TPEs contain very low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). The low brittle temperature of our TPEs make excellent impact performance at low temperature.
AUTOMOTIVE BOOT BELLOW
PHOENIX™ TPVs are strong and durable. They are flex fatigue resistant and therefore make them very suitable for automotive boots. PHOENIX™ TPV compounds demonstrate excellent tensile strength even when melted and therefore make it possible for extrusion blow molding process.
