PHOENIX™ TPEs are available with FDA approved food contact safety grades. They are scratch resistant, non-slip, odorless and non-toxic, phthalates free, BPA free, heavy metals free, excellent for kitchenware designs.
FLOOR MAT
PHOENIX™ TPEs are known for their good appearance and excellent scratch endurance. They are suitable material to replace PVC and rubber to make anti-slip but not sticky surface floor mats that are suitable for bathroom or wet area.
SINK PLUG
With superior anti-slip and sealing performance, PHOENIX™ TPEs are ideal materials for sink plugs. The sink stoppers made by TPEs can fit perfectly with drains to prevent water leakage.
TOOTHBRUSH
PHOENIX™ TPEs are easily colorable with masterbatch. Their excellent colorability allows designers and processors more possibility and versatility of toothbrush designs. Our materials have good adhesion to PP. Their soft and anti-slip appearance can provide effective comfort and control in user’s daily routine.
RAZOR
PHOENIX™ TPEs are formulated to be bondable to various engineering plastics, such as PP, HIPS and ABS. With good surface appearance, they are excellent for razor grip design that provide great control at the user interface.
PEN GRIP
PHOENIX™ TPEs are bondable with PP and SAN. Besides, they are easy to color and process, which provides designers and processors more design flexibility. With excellent anti-slip surface appearance, they can provide users soft and comfortable touch feel for better writing experience.
FOOTWEAR
PHOENIX™ TPEs are available with very soft grades. The ultra-soft transparent materials are soft touch, anti-slip, and elastic. PHOENIX™ TPEs are not only ideal for making gel shoe insoles, but also can provide cushioned running shoes more impact resistance and cushioning.
